| We know there have been a lot of Hyacinth Macaws bought and sold or traded since the theft of our Hyacinths, but someone/somewhere out there, possibly unknowingly, has one or more of our birds and we need your help to bring them home. | ||||||
If you or anyone you know bought or traded any Hyacinth Macaws on or after March 8, 2002 please contact us. We may be able to connect the name or the situation with a situation we've been looking at.
Please do not think that because you live 100's or 1000's of miles away from Chicago that your situation can't possibly have anything to do with the stolen Hyacinths. We have reason to believe the birds were moved shortly after the theft, therefore, at this point, the birds could be anywhere in the country. Possible trails have lead us from Ohio to Arizona and California to Florida and many places in between.
Please don't limit your thoughts to only groups of four(4) birds. Consider that the birds may have been split up into pairs or singles or even presented as pets. Two of the birds were our pets for years and could have easily been turned back into pets.
| We know we are asking a lot but please contact us if you had any dealings with Hyacinths Macaws since March 8, 2002. We can positively identify them through microchips and DNA. | ||||||
